Hugo Skillington has been practising as an estate agent in the Bay of St Tropez since his arrival in France in 1972. After ten years as a negotiator in one of the most prestigious local agencies at the time, he took control of Grimaud Immobilier in 1983. Since 1990, his firm has been representing Knight Frank, London based property consultants known all over the world for their expertise and their unique address book.
He has put together a solid team of people in his own mould, always attentive and anxious to be of service to their clients, buyers and sellers, emphasizing their best interests in the long term, as opposed to the often excessive whims of the short term in this playground of the world which is the St Tropez peninsula.
Virginie Coffigniez, a native of northern France, and his personal assistant since 2006, will always know where he is and how to get an urgent message to him, responsiveness being paramount in today’s world.
Marilyn Noury, from the Drôme Provençal, has been a negotiator with the firm since 1997, and is well versed in the agency’s credo for having greatly contributed to it over nearly 15 years.
Wendy Mayne, a British national, came to complete the team in 2007, her professional background in aviation and recruitment ensuring that she was quickly able to assimilate the qualities required to meet the expectations of the agency’s clients.
